All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the payment, and at the quoted tariffs.

Breakfast is between 06:30 – 09:30 and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.

Check in is between 15:00 and 23:30.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. During stays longer than two days a cleaner must
be able to have access between 9.00am and 4pm .

The Railway Inn cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property.

Cheque's will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation
arising out of cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to
cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the Railway Inn.  
The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

The Railway Inn reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who
is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room

The Railway Inn cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of property or vehicles in the car park.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, and cash payments. Please note a £4.00 surcharge applies to payments by
credit or debit cards.

Keys need to stay on the premises, and need to be left at reception on your way out.
